In the Cantieri Riuniti Milano-Aprea the secrets and the passion of the hatchet masters are handed on since many generations. The masters are clever artisans, since ever owners of a deep sense of tradition, art and science. From their hands takes form the goitre of Sorrento, a boat which finds its own roots in the time of the Roman empire. This small boat with a stern tapered as the prow, but wider to consent more comfort for the work of the fisher, it has found its highest spread in the Gulf of Napli around the 17th century. Since then, its slim form has remained almost unchanged until the 30 years. Today the work of Cantieri Navali Riuniti Milano bases on the guiding line of this tradition.
